TREATMENTS AND DYEING
The second last phase to make a knitted garment is the washing. This is a necessary step to bring out the yarn quality, colour and knitting design of the garment.
A knitted garment can be washed in water or by dry cleaning.
There are many gauges, yarns and knitting techniques, so for this reason, garments are tested at the laundry.
By taking advantage of our constant contact with the technical office of the spinning mill, we solve any problem we find with the yarn.
Another very important collaboration is with the dying mills. These established mills have a wide knowledge on how to use pigments.

Another service we offer is creating dyed garments. The technique is dyeing the garments after they are finished. There are different dyeing methods and therefore different effects; we are sure the final look will be unique and customized to your wishes.
Whatever the knitting type, during the washing process always check the garment shrinkage and its’ measurements before and after the chosen dyeing process.
Considering the increase in demands for sustainable and skin safe garments we are experimenting with natural dyes on finished garments.
Natural dyes are created using berries, plant roots and flowers.
Unlike the standard synthetic dyestuff, the natural dyes do not use harsh chemicals, do not cause allergies and are biodegradable. Moreover, their colour shades are unique.
